We offer the 90 hour pre-license course that satisfies the West Virginia requirement for taking the examination administered by the Real Estate Commission. The course involves 90 hours of in-class study and the textbook used is: Modern Real Estate Practice by Galaty, et al. Four (4) exams are given and the passing grade of 75% is required on each. We supply the text and a study guide in the price of the course.
We offer the course at night for students who have day jobs or whatever. Classes are usually held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00. We have offered the class in a two week, 8 hours a day format, but have found that format not very popular as most candidates do not want to try cramming that much learning into a brief two week time period. Price: $400.00
