We are approved by the West Virginia Real Estate Commission to offer a broker's course. All those licensed agents, seeking to become brokers, should sign up immediately. We offer a two-week course approved for the 90 hours of instruction required to sit for the Broker's Exam. It encompasses two textbooks and several examinations. Preparation of the HUD-1 Settlement Sheet is included, as well as broker's math and proper handling of the trust account and the math and management of those accounts. Ethics and the WV Real Estate License Law and Administrative Regulations Booklet are also covered.
